I just wanted to write to tell you how much I was
amazed about this product. As I sprayed it in the crawl space,
I noticed that the smell was going away. I went back a few
days later and the mildew smell was gone.

Dear Mr. McDonnell,
I would like to take a minute to thank E'rrica Naylor for her outstanding
customer service on 06/09/03. My husband and I are in the process
of buying our first home and had sent our radon test into your laboratory
facility as part of our inspection process. Our deadline for the
radon testing results had come die and we had no results from the
laboratory yet. The sellers were unwilling to sign an extension,
which left my husband and I in a very difficult situation. I called
PRO-LAB and spoke with E'rrica who informed me that the results
would not be ready until the next day. This did not make the situation
any better. After explaining the severity of the situation, she
placed me on hold for a short time. When she came back - she told
me that she would personally see to it that I received the test

A few years ago, my family became ill with a common virus, Mononucleosis,
and we knew our immune systems were unable to fight off other illnesses.
However, months went by and our recovery was very slow, and some of
the symptoms seemed unusual. We began to wonder if there was something
in our home that was compromising our recovery.
We had suspicions of toxic mold in our home because a small amount
of mold was visible in our bathroom. The research we conducted to

We purchased a SUN AIRE air purifier recently and we really think
it is great!
Although we purchased it for our mold infested home,
we have used it in our present home—a small trailer—just
to find whether we could sense any difference in “regular”
conditions as opposed to toxic mold. We believe that we noticed

Also, a friend was visiting us a couple of weeks

-------- I wanted to
write and have intended to a long time; since we are finally replacing
the bulb in our SUN AIRE purifier I thought it apropos to do it
now. I thought you should know how pleased we are we bought our
purifier from you.
All my life, I have had allergies and hay fever that
I took shots and medication to control. That worked most of the
time but was for obvious reasons, not ideal; who likes getting pricked
by a needle once a week or popping pills constantly?
Than, I became a mom and discovered that my son likely
had allergies as well; we were about to have him tested at the allergist
when he turned six years old, but were dreading it. Anyone who’s
ever been tested knows how lengthy and painful it is. This was over
two years ago and I was pregnant with my daughter at the time.
That is when we bought our SUN AIRE purifier from
Better Living. Our lives have been much different since then. My
son no longer sneezes twelve to sixteen times consecutively, has
